Meal Prep Services

Meal Prep plans are priced based on each clients dietary needs and number of meals needed per week. Our plans start with a minimum of 6 meals per week. Menus change weekly and are custom to each clients needs. We offer many dietary plans including: low carb, KETO, vegetarian, vegan, and pescatarian. Meal prep is a great choice for those seeking to lose weight, manage diabetes or high blood pressure and much more!

Weekly menus include 4 different meal options. You won't be eating the same meal everyday!

6 meals per week

This meal plan includes lunch and dinner for 3 days a week. Menu is composed of properly portioned lean proteins, grains, and fresh vegetables. Low carb, keto, vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian options available. 


4 day meal plan

Weekly menus include 4 different meal options. You won't be eating the same meal everyday!
